The Grade 10 program builds on all previous levels to help students develop a mature understanding of cleanliness, discipline, self-management, environmental responsibility, and civic consciousness. At this stage, students begin to connect the Japanese 5S philosophy—not only to personal hygiene and daily habits—but also to national development, community standards, and their role as responsible citizens of India. Through deeper exploration of Gemba observation, belief systems, mindset formation, waste management, safety, and self-improvement, students learn how thoughts shape actions, how actions become habits, and how disciplined habits contribute to personal success and national progress. The curriculum helps students critically analyze their surroundings, identify unsafe or unhygienic practices, understand the consequences of negative habits, and apply structured 5S methods to create cleaner, safer, and more productive environments at home, school, and in the community.
