The Grade 8 program builds a mature understanding of cleanliness, discipline, environmental responsibility, personal development, safety, and leadership through the Japanese 5S and San-Gen-Shugi (Gemba) principles. At this level, students learn to apply 5S not just to objects but to their mind, heart, behavior, emotions, and daily life systems. The curriculum helps students analyze real-life situations, understand standards, recognize different types of waste, develop positive belief systems, manage time and resources wisely, and practise servant leadership. They learn the direct connection between clean thinking, clean actions, personal credibility, and national progress. By linking habits to health, hygiene, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility, Grade 8 students become thoughtful, disciplined, and proactive citizens.
