The Grade 7 program builds advanced understanding of cleanliness, discipline, responsibility, environmental sustainability, health, safety, leadership, belief systems, and self-improvement using the Japanese 5S and San-Gen-Shugi principles. Students learn to think critically about their habits, analyze their surroundings using real facts, and apply structured systems like CAPDo, standards, and 5S of the mind, heart, and actions. The program teaches them to manage their environments independently—home, school, and community—and understand how thoughts, belief systems, and daily routines shape their personality and destiny. With a strong focus on civic sense, behavioral maturity, waste management, hygiene, nutrition, safety, and teamwork, Grade 7 students develop the mindset of responsible and capable young citizens who can meaningfully contribute to a cleaner and stronger nation.

What Grade 7 Students Will Learn

1. Cleanliness, Hygiene & Personal Responsibility

  • Applying 5S not only to material things but also to thoughts, actions, emotions, routines, and personal habits.
  • Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene—grooming, dressing, bathing, teeth brushing, healthy morning routines.
  • Understanding that clean thoughts → clean actions → good habits → strong personality → better destiny.
  • Practicing consistent routines to manage their study environment, home tasks, and shared spaces at school.

2. Environmental Responsibility, Waste Recognition & Reduction

  • Recognizing all categories of waste: physical, environmental, resource waste, food waste, electricity waste, water waste, time waste, and working waste.
  • Identifying how waste arises in their home, school, and community using real observations.
  • Applying CAPDo to identify root causes of wasteful behavior and correct them systematically.
  • Learning the science behind pollution, stagnant water, disease spread, and community cleanliness.

3. San-Gen-Shugi & Fact-Based Observation

  • Practicing Gemba (real place), Gembutsu (real things), and Genjitsu (real facts) through structured observation tasks.
  • Learning to use all five senses deeply to detect abnormal conditions: smell of garbage, stagnant water, pests, waste overflow, unsafe acts, and unclean public facilities.
  • Developing a stronger “sixth sense” to recognize risks, harmful behavior, and unsafe conditions.
  • Applying observation to solve real problems and propose improvements.

4. Standards & Systems Thinking

  • Understanding the purpose of national, community, home, and school standards—traffic rules, water purity, food safety, waste segregation, bag arrangement, shoe standards, and washroom maintenance.
  • Learning how systems, rules, and standards maintain order, protect health, and improve community life.
  • Analysing consequences when standards break down and how disciplined behavior protects society.

5. Safety Education: Advanced Awareness

  • In-depth safety training: indoor and outdoor safety, electricity, fire, water, road rules, bicycle safety, emergency response, and stranger awareness.

7. Personal Growth, Belief Systems & Mental Discipline

  • Understanding how thoughts → feelings → attitude → actions → habits → personality → destiny.
